Anna Jędrzejewska – CFO

Anna Jędrzejewska has ample experience in human resource management (teams of up to 300 people) and project management. She took an active part in the process of pension reform in Poland, and has experience in: projecting, specifying and implementing computer systems, projecting procedures coherent with a business profile of the company, budgeting, managing a unit’s budget and managing receivables control.

Anna gained ample professional experience at Commercial Union Polska S.A., where she worked as a Vice-Director of Policy Service and Registration and was in control of the receivables department. She was also a Vice-Director for Commercial Union Financial Services Sp. z o.o., where she was responsible for the service and registration of pension contracts department, the human resources department, the system of work, quality and efficiency control, project and control of procedures, control of pension receivables, budgeting, control of unit budgeting and project managing.

Anna completed her degree in Accounting and Taxes in the Managing Department of the University of Warsaw. She also has a Master’s Diploma in Finance Management. She also completed the Corporate Finance for Executives course at the London Business School.

Anna speaks Polish and English fluently and Russian at an advanced level. She also has a basic knowledge of Czech and Slovakian.
